touch rugby

I didn’t learn much new stuff but I didn’t know that it used to be 5m instead of 7m. I would like to improve my left side pass, but most other skills came quickly and because I know them already because I have played touch before. The easiest skills are passing, dumping/rolling and stepping. I am excited to play touch for the next couple weeks. My goals are to be able to perform those skills at a fast pace to where I can quickly think and execute the skills that are needed at the particular time.

PE volleyball refection

In pe playing volleyball I improved the most on setting but I’ve improved everything like bumping and spiking. But I’m most confident with setting and spike, and I need to improve bumping, and as well tactics. I noticed that being light on your feet and keeping an eye on the ball works well. My performance has gotten a lot better from the start if volleyball and I would focus on spiking and bumping if I played again.
